The Buying Process
15% down is required. $10k of that 15% down, is due immediately. This will hold the unit for 3 days while you review the condo documents. This is your right of rescission period.
The remaining balance of the 15% down is due upon executing the condo documents. This will be held in escrow by Paramount Title which will then be applied towards the purchase price.
At closing the remaining balance is due. Closings to occur the 1st and 2nd week of December 2019. The seller will operate and maintain the units until closing.
